Michaela is an in network provider for BCBS of Arizona, Arizona Care Network (ACN) and Aetna.  She will bill insurance directly (nothing due at time of service).  She has also partnered with The Lactation Network, which enables her to see patients from BCBS, Humana PPO and United Healthcare. Check your coverage through The Lactation Network if you have BCBS, Humana PPO or United Healthcare. Most insurance companies will reimburse for lactation services under the Affordable Care Act.  You will be provided with the documentation needed to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
